Oslo: Oslo Fjord Sightseeing Cruise by Sailing Ship Reviews
Grab the secret spot! Fantastic experience, well worth the money. Drinks & snack pricing was in line with general Oslo prices. The (English) audio guide was clear and informative. The views were spectacular. For couples, there is a “secret spot” right at the front of the boat. It’s a comfortable ‘lounging’ area with some furs that can comfortably seat 2 adults, maybe even a small child as a third. There’s no table, but it has the best views on the ship. It is more secluded, quieter and more comfortable than any table in the main area. Grab it if you can!
The views are awesome the ship was indeed a sailing vessel in name only. No sails have been used in a very long time. The commentary seemed timely. There were refreshments available, the hot chocolate was the best. Overall very entertaining and informative slightly disappointed in motor sailing for the entire journey. As far as marine safety the vessel seemed to be well equipped although obviously a classic
