Our guide Cheryl was AMAZING! My friend and I booked our activities separately, but thought that we had selected the same times. We didn’t, and were so upset because we haven’t seen each other in 6 yrs. and really wanted to spend this time together with each other and our daughters. Cheryl got on the phone with her colleague who was picking up tourists and they switched so that he would pick up her other passengers and Cheryl could take all of us! She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only that, Cheryl was very knowledgeable and presented us with interesting and entertaining facts about the Falls and the area in general. She even gave us tips on where to dine out! I can not say enough great things about our experience and our guide Cheryl!
BEST MONEY WE HAVE SPENT IN OUR 80 YEARS ON THIS EARTH! Our TOUR GUIDE WAS THE “BEST” with knowledge, personality, punctuality and the OVER 4 HOURS was MAGICAL.
