El Nido: Island Hopping Tour A Lagoons and Beaches Reviews
I did Tour A and Tour C during my four days in El Nido and Tour A was definitely the better one. I see why people say it’s the best. I was a solo traveler and while the people on my boat weren’t the friendliest, the tour was stunning. It includes snorkeling, Seven Commando Beach, some other beaches, and kayaking in the Big Lagoon, which was the best part in my opinion. The Big Lagoon is absolutely stunning. I got lucky that there was one other woman traveling alone and we teamed up and kayaked together. But if you’re alone it’s okay! You can either kayak by yourself or ask one of the tour guides to pull you via kayak so you can still see the Big Lagoon. I do think they should have been a little more helpful when it came to getting on and off the boat with all the rocks and stuff. Definitely bring solid water shoes for this tour because there are a lot of rocks and slippery places getting on and off the boat/through the water. But even so, you must do this tour! Stunning! 🙂
Easy booking and confirmation, all Infos provided beforehand. Meeting point is very convenient, it seems a bit like chaos when “checking in” but it’s actually organized extremely well! Noones left behind, guides and captains are always checking and making sure everyones comfortable. The boats leave at different times (meaning you maybe need to spend a good 60 min at the meeting point) which is good, because the beaches don’t get toooooo crowded. Fun crew, fun people, nice beaches and activities like kayak and snorkeling (but rental is extra costs). Lunch was tasty as well (maybe a bit more food would be better). I didn’t bring water shoes or snorkel equipment, it was totally fine, but I recommend bringing it, if you own it.
