Turned up for a 6:40pm viewing as we were hoping to catch the sunset but missed it as was not informed we had to queue to get actual tickets which we have never had to before with Get Your Guide. Took 30 minutes to queue to get tickets activated and wasn’t aware of the experience before you reach the view. We then felt rushed as they cut off certain areas to open the bar/restaurant. It’s a good experience if you go earlier and perhaps this trip needs more explanation in the details section
Perfect views on the palm and – if visibility allows – also on Dubai skyline. Some staff had not their best day, no information on locker storage (e.g. for backpacks) was given at the cash desk or other staff, so we needed to be sent back to store backpacks. No explanation given on various queue lines – picked a wrong one and were sent back again…
