Must do if it’s on your plans. Wonderful views from 124 & 125 floors. Was a bit disappointed there is no view from the lift on the way up or back down. Booked time for 11:30 but got in no problem at 11:00 with no queue. Watched the fountains at 13:00 & 13:30 then again at 21:30. All 3 shows had different theme music and displays. Well worth seeing the fountains when it’s dark. Buildings all lit up. Great sight to see and but busy place.
The only difficulty was finding the “At the Top” desk inside the vast Dubai shopping mall. Even finding the Lower Ground Floor wasn’t easy ! However there are help desks where staff are very polite and will steer you the right way. Exchanging my 2 tokens for 2 tickets at the “At the Top” reception desk was quick and easy. I would recommend that you buy your vouchers from “get your guide.” Quick, easy and good value. We went on Sat. 13th May 2023, no real problem with queuing at any stage !
