Great experience. History abounds in Athens and the Acropolis is a must see. The access was easy, straight through the gate and the audio worked really well. Downloading it to your phone meant crystal clear and easy listening. You could spend as much time as you like just taking it all in, perfect. Even though there are people everywhere on the Acropolis, with a little patience you can get some private pictures up close with the ancient ruins. Amazing. I got some really nice photos of my wife with her ‘ own Parthenon. It just makes the experience a little more personal.
Was a great way to see the Acropolis sights and learn some history without being in a tour group. Our family of four synced up the audio tour and went along at our own pace. We had a slow start as we figured out where to go for the beginning, but after we got situated it was easy to follow. The auto-advance by location service was a good feature if you’re in a small group like ours and would be even easier if you were by yourself.
